Ridgeway Country Club is a beautiful event venue 
in West Tennessee.

Each wedding held at Ridgeway is unique and our goal is to ensure that your individual style is reflected in your selections of menu and décor. Our Director of Catering and Events is available to aid you in your selections and will work behind the scenes to guarantee your satisfaction, while our professional banquet staff will impress your guests with unparalleled service during your event.

Our Grand Ballroom holds up to 200 people with a Dance Floor and room for a Band or DJ. The room opens up into two additional rooms creating a seamless flow of space for your guests.

    • Members are requested to abide by the Club’s dress code. Rules apply to all Members, their families and their guests. At the request of the Board of Directors; the General Manager, and Management Staff enforce the dress code in all areas of the clubhouse, the golf course, tennis facility, swimming pool and other areas of the Club’s property. Good judgment is always in order so that the Club can be a gracious extension of our homes at all times. It is the responsibility of the member to inform their family and guests of the dress code. Your cooperation is both expected and appreciated.

      Attire for different Areas of the Club

      The General Dress Code Restrictions list below is meant for all areas of the club.
      General Dress Code Restrictions:

      • No Worn, Faded, or Ripped Jeans
      • No Backwards Hats
      • No Torn T-shirts
      • No Sleeveless T-shirts for Men
      • No Cut-off Shorts or Cut-off Jeans
      • No Exposed Undergarments
      • No “See-through” Fabric Without Proper Lining
      • No Bare Midriffs
      • No Shorts with a Hemline More Than 4 Inches Above The Knee
      • No Torn, Sloppy, or Untailored Clothing and Footwear
      • No Cargo Shorts
      • No Clothing with Large Brand Names, Images, Slogans, or Logos
      • No Bare Feet
      • No Flip-Flops, Sandals are allowed
      • Swimsuits, even with cover-ups, are only allowed at the Pool

      Event Day Bullet Points

      Your event is being held at a premier Members Only Country Club. Our first priority is to our members and their enjoyment of their club. Please be mindful of the fact that, although Ridgeway Country Club is acting as host for your event, we expect your cooperation and professional behavior during setup and take down. Please keep noise levels to a minimum and all areas clear of clutter at all times.

      1) Deliveries:
      Decorations and setup materials must be made down at the loading area on the west side of the clubhouse. (Follow the sign) An elevator is available for your use to transport items to the first floor banquet areas. No deliveries will be made at either of the front doors of the clubhouse. No vehicles will be allowed to park in the circular driveway to unload and load. Violators will be towed at owner's expense.

      2) Storage:
      Decorations and setup materials must be removed at the conclusion of the event. The hallway and other rooms are not to be used for storage. Special arrangements will be given only by the Catering & Events Director.

      3) Parking:
      Parking is provided for Club guests and event attendees in the parking lot to right of Clubhouse. The parking lot directly in front of the clubhouse is for Ridgeway Country Club members only. Please park in main lot only. Do not park in member parking lot. Violators will be towed at the owner's expense.

      Guarantee of Attendance:

      The Ridgeway Country Club requests that the client notify the Director of Catering of the exact number of guests attending the function one week prior to the function (not counting weekends).

      COUNTRY CLUB IS ACTING AS HOST FOR YOUR EVENT, WE EXPECT YOUR COOPERATION AND PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR DURING SETUP AND TAKE DOWN. PLEASE KEEP NOISE LEVELS TO A MINIMUM AND ALL AREAS CLEAR OF

      DECORATIONS AND SETUP MATERIALS ARE TO BE UNLOADED AT THE FRONT OF THE CLUBHOUSE UNDER THE PROTECTION OF THE PORTE COCHERE. VENDORS ARE TO UNLOAD ALL MATERIALS AND IMMEDIATELY MOVE VEHICLES TO THE GUEST PARKING LOT BEFORE RETURNING TO THE BUILDING FOR SET UP.
      ***ANY VENDORS NEEDING ACCESS TO THE CLUBHOUSE WITHOUT STAIRS MUST CONTACT DIRECTOR OF CATERING OR BANQUET MANAGER FOR INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING WHERE AND WHAT
      TIME DELIVERY CAN BE SCHEDULED. THE ABOVE RULES WILL STILL APPLY.
      APPOINTMENTS WITH VENDORS: APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR WALK THRUS AND MEETINGS. ARRANGEMENTS CAN BE MADE BY CONTACTING THE CATERING DIRECTOR.

      STORAGE:
      DECORATIONS AND SETUP MATERIALS MUST BE REMOVED AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE EVENT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING LEFT BEHIND.

      SMOKING:
      SMOKERS MUST BE AT LEAST 20’ FROM THE MAIN CLUBHOUSE. THE MAIN PORTE
      COCHERE IS NOT A DESIGNATED SMOKING AREA. VIOLATORS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY.
      VAPING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
      BAND SET UP/SOUND CHECK: SET UP TIME FOR THE EVENT MUST BE CONFIRMED WITH OUR BANQUET MANAGER. SOUND CHECKS MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO 5PM WHEN OUR MEMBER DINING BEGINS. WE THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR RESPECTING THEIR RIGHT TO DINE UNDISTURBED.

      PHOTOGRAPHERS:
      ARRANGEMENTS FOR A DOUBLE SEATED GOLF CART FOR THE BRIDE AND
      GROOM MAY BE MADE BY THE HOST PRIOR TO THE EVENT BY CONTACTING THE CATERING DIRECTOR. THE CART WILL BE PARKED OUT IN FRONT OF THE GATE TO THE POOL. WE ASK THAT YOU RETURN IT TO THAT LOCATION WHEN DONE.
      OUTDOOR GROUP PHOTOS NEED TO BE TAKEN IN DESIGNATED AREAS ARRANGED BY THE CATERING DIRECTOR PRIOR TO THE EVENT. WE WANT TO SHARE THE BEAUTY OF THE GOLF COURSE WITH YOU BUT NEED TO RESPECT OUR MEMBERS AND THEIR ABILITY TO PLAY GOLF UNINTERRUPTED.

      PARKING:
      MEMBER PARKING SIGNS ARE POSTED AND WILL BE STRICKLY ENFORCED. ALL
      NON-MEMBERS AND EVENT PERSONNEL WILL NEED TO PARK IN THE GUEST PARKING LOT. TRUCKS AND LARGE VEHICLES ARE TO PARK CLOSER TO THE DRIVING RANGE IN THE GUEST PARKING AREA.
      THE MEMBER’S PARKING LOT IS FOR RIDGEWAY MEMBERS ONLY.
      VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED AT OWNER’S EXPENSE.
      BEVERAGE SERVICE: BAR SERVICE IS RESTRICTED TO YOUR EVENT AREA.
      NON-MEMBERS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO ORDER AT THE MEMBER BAR.
      ARRANGEMENTS FOR BAR SERVICE CAN BE MADE BY THE HOST PRIOR TO THE EVENT BY CONTACTING
