Ridgeway Country Club's dining and social amenities provide elegant culinary experiences that satisfy the desires of both fine and family dining. Large social gatherings, seasonal happenings, and wonderful holiday events enhance the excellent membership experience provided to our members. Whether dining with us after a round of golf, a business lunch, or enjoying a cozy dinner for two, members will always delight in a memorable dining experience at our Club.

The pool area, when in operation from late May to early September, also has a staff entirely devoted to serving meals and drinks poolside.

  • Cancellation Policy
    • Should you require to cancel your reservation for a wine dinner, we will credit you toward another wine dinner or provide a Ridgeway Country Club Restaurant gift card of equal value. Please provide as much notice as possible (one week's notice recommended). Our wine dinners are limited seating, and demand is quite high.

      Members are requested to abide by the Club’s dress code. Rules apply to all Members, their families and their guests. At the request of the Board of Directors; the General Manager, and Management Staff enforce the dress code in all areas of the clubhouse, the golf course, tennis facility, swimming pool and other areas of the Club’s property. Good judgment is always in order so that the Club can be a gracious extension of our homes at all times. It is the responsibility of the member to inform their family and guests of the dress code. Your cooperation is both expected and appreciated.

      ATTIRE FOR DIFFERENT AREAS OF THE CLUB

      The General Dress Code Restrictions list below is meant for all areas of the club.

      General Dress Code Restrictions:

      No Worn, Faded, or Ripped Jeans
      No Backwards Hats
      No Torn T-shirts
      No Sleeveless T-shirts for Men
      No Cut-off Shorts or Cut-off Jeans
      No Exposed Undergarments
      No “See-through” Fabric Without Proper Lining
      No Bare Midriffs
      No Shorts with a Hemline More Than 4 Inches Above The Knee
      No Torn, Sloppy, or Untailored Clothing and Footwear
      No Cargo Shorts
      No Clothing with Large Brand Names, Images, Slogans, or Logos
      No Bare Feet
      No Flip-Flops, Sandals are allowed
      Swimsuits, even with cover-ups, are only allowed at the Pool

    • Sunday 7 am - 9 pm, Bar is open until 10 pm.

      Tuesday 8 am - 9 pm, Bar is open until 10 pm.
      Wednesday 8 am - 9 pm, Bar is open until 10 pm.
      Thursday 8 am - 9 pm, Bar is open until 10 pm.
      Friday 8 am - 9 pm, Bar is open until 11 pm.
      Saturday 7 am - 9 pm, Bar is open until 11 pm.

      Thanksgiving Day 
      The kitchen will close at 3 pm. The Clubhouse will close at 4 pm.

      Breakfast: 7 am – 2 pm
      Brunch Buffet: 10 am - 2 pm
      Lunch: 10 am – 5 pm
      Dinner: 5 pm – 9 pm

Dining Areas

The Bar that was formally known as the Mixed Grill Lounge, is now the Bar. The Bar will be seating for members and guests who are 21 years old and up only. Our new Bar will have more seating with 3 large booths, 26 seats, and 14 barstools. The Dress Code in the Bar will be Club Casual Attire.

Club Casual Attire
Men:
Collared shirts and long pants or appropriate shorts. 5 pocket denim jeans are allowed. Forward facing hats are allowed until 6 pm, but are not allowed after 6 pm.
Women:
Dress, skirt or slacks with appropriate top. 5 pocket denim jeans are allowed. Forward facing hats are allowed until 6 pm, but are not allowed after 6 pm.

*All members, their family, and guests will also abide by the General Dress Code Restrictions.

Chef Valarie Hall

Valarie Hall’s culinary interest was sparked as a child following her father around the kitchens of prestigious hotels like the Boca Raton Resort and Club and Atlantic City's Taj Mahal. In her teens she worked in her family's restaurants in Delray beach and Boca Raton. At 18 she relocated to Hollywood where she spent seven years at the five-star, five-diamond Four Seasons Beverly Hills Hotel. She then moved to northern California to the world famous Pebble Beach Resorts. While at Spanish Bay she teamed up with Chef Arturo Moscoso of Peppoli restaurant. During her eight years with Arturo she developed a passion for Italian cuisine. Moving back to Memphis as the Executive Sous Chef at Ridgeway Country Club and was promoted to Executive Chef 16 months later. At RCC she creates classic southern comfort dishes for the membership using the finest local products, along with the freshest seafood from Hawaii to the Caribbean, and quality steaks from Chicago to New York.
