Tennis Time: 6:00am - 7:00am
Wake Up Workout Class
is a boot camp-like exercise class that will meet outside near the Tennis Courts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 6-7 am (except not on July 4th). This workout will feature body weight training, rubber tubing strength work, calisthenics, core work, athletic drills, and anything else Rachelle can dream up to keep you moving and motivated.
