Wear and show your colors.  Projection screen will be available in ballroom; TV’s also available in all dining areas.  A tailgate buffet will be offered featuring brats, bbq, hot dogs and burgers, fried chicken, assorted salads, popcorn, nachos, cookies, brownies and Sundae bar.  We will have pitchers of beer for  $10, Margarita pitchers for $13 and a children’s soda bar for $5.  Buffet $19.50 Adults,  $11.50  children 5 to 12 and Children 4 and younger $4.95.  Cards will be available. Our buffet will feature fresh shucked and stuffed oysters, seafood gumbo, red beans & rice, grilled andouille sausage, shrimp remoulade, crawfish ètouffèe, blacken redfish, jambalaya, bbq shrimp w/dirty rice, grilled fillet with crabmeat and much much more.  Zydeco music will be playing and dancing is welcomed.  Come join the fun.

Live in Ridgeway's kitchen from 6:30 pm to 10 pm.  This will be an opportunity to improve or learn new cooking techniques.  Our General Manager Stephen Hall will be hosting the evening.  Stephen's cooking background includes a variety of Chef's position from across the globe. Recipes will be provided for all items. Class is limited to 12 people.  Make your reservations early!

A monthly event that will feature “Wines and Spirits” from around the globe.  Cheeses and snacks will be offered at each tasting.  A benefit that is included with belonging to the wine club is that you may purchase wines from the wine vendor that evening through the Club at a small mark up.  Initiation for the Wine Club is $100 yearly per membership which covers set up and snacks.  Monthly tasting prices vary with the wines and spirits being tasted.
