On Thursday, November 18th, Chef Ben will hosting a cooking class on the preparation of the perfect holiday dinner. Items such as roasted turkey, prime rib and crown roast of pork-lion, Chef Ben will be highlighting the proper techniques for roasting, basting stocks, steaming as well as the secret to the perfect stuffing, sweet potato gratin and much more.
